Christine's Luxury Christmas Puddings are bursting with flavour, using the finest of ingredients ~ a beautiful balance of plump, ripe fruits, ginger and Cointreau

Serving and cooking

How to enjoy… remove outer packaging, leaving basin lid on and place in a steamer over boiling water and steam gently for the following times:


200g = 45 - 60 mins

454g = 1 hour

908g =  2 hours

Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.



If you would rather microwave… remove outer packaging, leaving basin lid on and place in microwave and re-heat for:  200g – 1 minute • 454g – 3 minutes  


Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving
