Sticky Toffee Puddings

A light, soft sponge baked with a rich toffee sauce – simply delicious!

To store: pop the pudding in the fridge when you get it home. Can be frozen, but defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Ingredients: Dates, unsalted butter (milk), flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), raising agents (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), Xanthan Gum, free range egg, water, sugar, cream (milk), organic vanilla extract, coffee.

How to enjoy the 200g (serves 1-2 people) … Remove outer packaging and the lid, place on a baking tray (because the sauce might seep out), and then re-heat in a pre-heated oven (180ºC) for 15 - 20 minutes.

How to enjoy the 500g (serves 3-4 people) … Remove outer packaging and the lid, place on a baking tray and re-heat in a pre-heated oven (180ºC) for 20 - 25 minutes. 

Let the puddings stand for both sizes for a few minutes because the foil will be hot!

Or if you really can’t wait, remove from the foil into a microwaveable dish and heat for approx 40 seconds
