Luxury Christmas Pudding ingredients…

Butter (Milk), Sugar, Sultanas, Raisins, White Wine Sulphites, Dried Pineapple 7% [Raw Cane Sugar, Dried Pineapple, Sulphur Dioxide, Citric Acid], Ground Almonds, Gluten-free flour [rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat], Gluten-free breadcrumbs [Water, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Psyllium Husk, Rice Proteins, Emulsifier (Cellulose Fibre), Treacle, Potato Starch, Thickener (Hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulose), Yeast, Salt, Rice Starch, Thickener (Carboxymethyl Cellulose), Preservative (Sodium Propionate), Buckwheat Flour, Golden Flax Seed, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum)], Organic Crystallised Ginger 4% [Organic Ginger Stem, Organic Raw Cane Sugar], Dried Apricots 4%, Glacé Cherries 

[Cherries, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Citric Acid, Fruit & Vegetable juice for colour [Radish, Blackcurrant and Apple], Sulphur Dioxide], Mixed Peel [Orange, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Lemon, Citric Acid, Sugar, Sorbate), Cointreau 3%, Free Range Eggs, Orange & Lemon Zest, Mixed Spice [Cinnamon, Coriander, Nutmeg, Cloves, Pimento, Ginger], Ground Ginger.

We also do a dairy-free version of this pudding. All the breadcrumbs are dairy free anyway and we substitute the butter with:

Water, Sunflower Oil (35%), Vegetable Oils (Palm, Linseed), Salt (0.75%), Flavouring, Vitamin E, Vitamin A & D, Colour (Carotenes), Vitamin B12

Our Christmas Puddings have already been cooked and only requires gentle reheating. To ensure that your pudding tastes its best we recommend heating by steaming.

How to enjoy… remove outer packaging, leaving basin lid on and place in a steamer over boiling water and steam gently for the following times:

200g = 45 - 60 mins
454g = 1 hour
908g =  2 hours
Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

If you would rather microwave… remove outer packaging, leaving basin lid on and place in microwave and re-heat for:  200g – 1 minute • 454g – 3 minutes  

Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving
