Christine's story…
14 years on after my first Christmas pudding, I now bake in my pudding room overlooking the Blackmore Vale in deepest Dorset, baking and making a wonderful range of gluten-free, award-winning, delicious sweet and savoury tarts, pastry, and of course everyone’s favourite sticky toffee pudding.
Over the years we’ve been fortunate to have won many awards nationally and regionally and most recently another gold from the Taste of the West and another 1 star from the Great Taste Awards for our festive Christmas puddings.
All the puddings and tarts are made with love and care and you could easily forget that my products are gluten-free which must mean my mission is complete… But I will not stop there, I will continue to bake wonderful delicious gluten-free puddings and make it my goal that you’ll never be offered just a fruit salad again.
